Appointments are booked every 15 or 30 minutes. This is to spread out arrival times, not the length of your visit. We will not be kicking you out once you arrive!

Our standard turnaround time for a rehair is approximately one week, and we are happy to provide a loaner bow during that time.
If you require a faster turnaround or would like to schedule a same-day rehair, please call us in advance at (503)238-4515. Same-day rehair appointments can be scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.
