We are open by appointment. We plan to keep using this system indefinitely

Appointments are booked every 15 or 30 minutes. This is so we can spread out how people arrive at the shop. We will not be kicking you out once you arrive!
Booking guidelines:
-Be as thorough as possible in the notes section as to what you will be needing from us. Help us be prepared to help you! If you tell us that you need a full size cello and we don't have any, we can save you a trip.
-Only select one service. If you need more than one service, feel free to note that but only select the one that most accurately describes your needs. If you select a bank of time, your extra appointments will be cancelled.
SAME DAY REHAIRS-
No same day rehairs on Saturdays- All other days: your rehair is not guaranteed as a same day unless you have called and spoken to one of our repair staff.
